Role Overview:
As a Property Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in the upkeep and maintenance of our portfolio, ensuring that each property remains in top condition. This role is perfect for someone who is not only skilled in residential home maintenance but is also eager to grow with our company and embrace our innovative management system.
Expected hours: 8hrs/day, 40hr workweek.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs across a variety of luxury residential properties.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests, ensuring quick and effective solutions.
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship, reflecting the quality of our company’s services.
- Collaborate with our management team to learn and efficiently utilize our property management system.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in residential home maintenance.
- Own a reliable vehicle (preferably a truck) and have a valid driver's license.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Compensation:
- Competitive annual pay ranging from $45,000 to $55,000, based on experience and negotiable.
